Wrestling career
Mero manufactured her WWF debut when Sable at WrestleMania XII in March 1996, when she escorted Hunter Hearst Helmsley to ringside for his match against The Ultimate Warrior. She potentially won both awards at a 1997 Slammy Awards: "Dressed to Kill" & "Miss Slammy." She bore a like telling outfit to win the latter.
Fallowing "Wildman" Marc Mero witnessed Sable being mistreated by Hunter Hearst Helmsley backstage, he attacked him and took Sable under his wing as his manager. Still, when you took Sable's absence, her married man hired Jacqueline as his new manager. It was exclusively the matter of period prior to Jacqueline & Sable began the feud. Them met around the bikini contest at WWE Fully Loaded in July 1998. Sable, single wearying impressions of painted mitts covering her contaminated breasts, won a contest well. A next nighttime, Vince McMahon disqualified Sable since she did not actually put on the bikini in the least. A match was so awarded to Jacqueline. Sable utilized the Stone Cold gesture and flipped off McMahon.
As a of these-erstwhile WWF Women's Champion, Sable defeated Jacqueline and the Spider Lady (who was really Luna Vachon in disguise).
In May 10, 1999, Debra "won" the Women's Championship from either Sable within an Evening Gown Match. Technically, inside an Evening Gown Match, a winner is the woman world health organization forcibly removes her opponent's dress. Sable took off Debra's dress, & should so own been a winner. Yet, Commissioner Shawn Michaels ruled that he considered a woman world health organization got misused her dress a winner, making Debra the fresh Women's Champion. Sable became a 1st woman/diva to lose her title without break down by pinfall or even submission. (Ivory later lost her third & previous Women's Title reign to The Kat inside Evening Gown in the Pool Match in December 1999).
Within June 1999, Mero quit the WWF & filed the $110 million lawsuit against a company, by having allegations of sexual harassment & insecure working conditions. Mero reduced her class action settlement figure & finally settled away from court.
All the same, she returned to WWE TV at the April 1, 2003 SmackDown! taping, and across a course of many months participated around storylines similar to those described in the causa, including acting as a whore and kissing Torrie Wilson. At WWE Vengeance 2003 in Denver, Sable defeated Stephanie McMahon; many commentators were of the opinion that her trend lines to such plot line come from either her born-again Christian husband Marc Mero and, fallowing their separation, was further contributing to such behavior.
Mero appeared inside pictorials in the April 1999, September 1999, and March 2004 issues of Playboy magazine. She was a number 1 woman in the history of Man-about-town to come out on the handle of Man-about-town magazine twice in the equivalent season.
In August 10, 2004, WWE.com announced that Rena Mero and a WWE experienced parted ways.
Mero served when a in-screen CEO for the Xtreme Wrestling Federation in between her WWF/WWE stints.
